As a grant writer, I’ve prepared successful proposals in support of the following:
- Camp Sweet Life, a camp for children with type I diabetes
- Camp Rainbow, a camp for children with cancer, and their siblings
- Supportive therapies for women with breast cancer
- Safe Kids East Central, a not-for-profit providing services, education and equipment to help prevent accidental childhood injury
- Reach Out and Read, a program that distributes free books to children during pediatrician visits
- Pediatric rehabilitation equipment
